Final Sale Policy

Due to the hygiene nature and high demand of our products, all sales are FINAL, and there are no refunds allowed on any grounds.

Order processing begins as soon as an order is submitted. As a result, order modifications are not permitted after an order is submitted. This includes changes to product, refunds, shipment methods, addresses, cancellations, etc.

Returns

Customers are advised to complete all return requests within 7 days of receipt to qualify for a store credit. Any return request not received within the specified time frame will be disqualified. The product must be sent back in the original packaging condition (resellable condition) as it was when shipped from us, meaning it cannot be combed, washed, brushed, cut, worn, colored, or altered in any way (Original ties must remain intact as it was received by the customer). Send your return item(s) including your first name, last name, phone number, the reason for the return, and original receipt to:

For your protection, we suggest that all returns be sent back to us through a traceable postal carrier with a signature. We are not responsible for lost items in transit. All sales are final on clearance and sale items. No returns will be accepted for sale or clearance items. The customer is responsible for all return freights in a product return transaction. Once received and determined to be in resellable form, a store credit will be issued. If the item was purchased during a promotion that has ended, your new order will not qualify for the promotion in question. Once a store credit or Gift Card is issued, it may not be redeemed as cash on any grounds. All returns and return-to-shipper shipments will incur a flat restock fee of £35. Shipping costs and Route Insurance costs are non-refundable.

Please understand that products that have been used (wefts cut, lace plucked, lace cut, lace customized, lace bleached, hair dyed, etc.) will not be accepted.

Note: Due to the delicate nature of lace products (full lace wigs, lace closures & lace frontals), they cannot be returned, exchanged, or replaced.

Protect Your Investment

We take great pride in our product, and it is 100% guaranteed. Since natural hair is reactive to a simple wash and deep conditioning, product issues or concerns can often be easily remedied by implementing the brand’s recommended hair care regimen. However, if you feel you’ve received a product that is unusual, we want to hear from you. Notify a Customer Care Specialist via email at Support@hairwego.co within 7 calendar days from the date you received your package. Note that using non-recommended products, perming, coloring, lifting, rinsing, cutting, removing the hair from the weft, or otherwise processing the hair voids the opportunity for compensation, if it applies. If HairWeGo verifies and agrees that the product may be unsatisfactory, HairWeGo will offer a fair resolution.

If HairWeGo does not validate the product defect issue, we will return the item in question to the customer at our expense (via priority mail) without a replacement of the product. Note: Due to the delicate nature of lace products (full lace wigs, lace closures & lace frontals), they cannot be returned, exchanged, or replaced.

Return to Sender Shipments

All products sold on this website ship with a signature requirement; someone must be at the delivery address to sign for the package. After 1-3 attempts, our shipping carrier will return the package to our facilities at an additional cost to us. Return-to-sender packages may incur a flat restock fee of £35. Once your return is received, we will process your return and issue a store credit to you that can be used at your convenience.

Expenses Associated with Delayed or Incorrect Orders

HairWeGo is not responsible for your hair appointment cancellation fees assessed by your Hair Stylist/Salon. We ask that you receive and confirm all items purchased before confirming any and all hair appointments. HairWeGo is also not responsible for the installation of the products purchased on our website and stores. All returns and return-to-shipper shipments will incur a flat restock fee of £35. All shipping and Route Insurance costs are non-refundable.

Expenses Associated with Hair Installation

HairWeGo is not responsible for any costs related to hair installations, takedowns, re-installations, cancellations, or any other expenses associated with the installation of our products. HairWeGo is not responsible for expenses associated with damaged hair extensions such as bleached knots, cut wefts, chemical treatments, and wear and tear.

Limitation of Liability

HairWeGo does not accept liability beyond the remedies set forth herein, including any liability for products not being available after purchase. HairWeGo will not be liable for consequential, special, indirect, or punitive damages even if advised of the possibility of such damages, or for any claim by any third party except as expressly provided herein. This limitation of liability applies both to products and services. Customer agrees that for any liability related to the purchase of products, HairWeGo is not liable or responsible for any amount of damages above the aggregate dollar amount paid by the customer for the purchase of products under this agreement. Customer agrees that for any liability related to the purchase of services not bundled with products under this agreement, HairWeGo is not liable or responsible for any amount of damages above the aggregate dollar amount paid by the customer for the purchase of services under this agreement.
